We source our Peppers from Turkey, India, Zimbabwe and Indonesia. Using both open field and green houses, our partners grow an ever expanding range of varieties.

The choice we offer allows our customers to expand their current ranges with exciting, fresh new offerings. They can select the variety, format and packaging to suit their contracts in foodservice, retail and industrial for the ever evolving demand for peppers.

VARIETIES:


JALAPEÑO RED + GREEN. bursting with fiery flavour, a perfect ingredient and pizza topper.

CAPIA. sweet and flavourful, the ideal pepper for fire roasting.

PIRI PIRI / BIRD’S EYE CHILLI. super hot, these tiny peppers spice up and ignite dishes.

CHERRY PEPPERS. marinated in hot and sweet brine, amazing balance of sweet and heat, ideal for stuffing with cheese or tuna.

LILY PEPPERS. our personal favourites, these zingy teardrop beauties add aplomb to pizza, sarnies and salads.

BANANA PEPPERS. bring crunch with subtle mild, sweet flavour roast.

METHOD:


PICKLED.
peppers hand picked, cored, then kept whole, or sliced and diced ready for preservation in a simple brine in a barrel.



FROZEN.
hand picked peppers are be grilled or kept natural before being diced and IQF frozen ready to be boxed up.



FIRE ROASTED.
freshly hand picked capia red peppers are fire roasted in a high temperature that captures the intense flavours before being canned into A10s or A12s.

Western Turkey provides ideal growing conditions, with a climate that consistently warm with some seasonal rainfall.

We work with established farms that use good agricultural practices and grow in both open field and greenhouses before the peppers are picked by hand.

The plains in the Karnatak region of southern India provide amazing conditions to grow some of the most popular and newest varieties.

Grown in open field sites using traditional growing methods, the peppers are picked by hand.

Our growers are the original cherry pepper specialists. The hot climate with a rainy season supports the single harvest each year.

The peppers are grown in open fields and hand picked before being de-stemmed and cored ready for stuffing.
